The problem of evil is not a gotcha invented on the internet. It is in the Psalms. It is in Job. It is in Gethsemane.
A god who never met a wound is easy to draw and impossible to worship once you have buried someone. The Christian claim is worse and better: God did not stay above it. He filed into it.
That does not explain every cancer. It does relocate the question. You are not screaming at a marble statue. You are screaming at Someone who has a tomb with the door off.
You saying He didn’t, doesn’t make it false. I’ve got years of experience behind me. You alone are responsible for what you believe. So am I.
